The Terms | Drizzle Roastery

1. Who’s behind the counter

These terms govern your use of drizzleroastery.com ("Drizzle Roastery", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of drizzleroastery.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who’s allowed to use it

You must be 18 or over to use Drizzle Roastery. By using it, you confirm you’re 18 or over.

3. About the coins we give you

The coins used in the games are virtual and free.
They have no monetary value, and they are not money, credit or property.
You can’t purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes. No in-app purchases exist.
No prize of real-world value is ever offered.
Coins, levels and features can be adjusted or reset at any time, by us.

4. No gambling with real money on Spoutwell High Street

Drizzle Roastery doesn’t offer or promote real-money gambling, and it doesn’t link to gambling operators.

5. About your free account

Copperfunnel Belt and Waferbridge Melt need a free account. It’s one account per person, not to be shared.
Keep your password to yourself. If someone else has used your account, let us know right away.
Delete your account at any moment from the account page. It happens immediately and can’t be undone.
We can suspend an account that’s used to disrupt the site, or that we think belongs to someone under 18.
Coins, levels and missions sit with the account. They are not your property, and they can be reset.

6. Using it fairly

Don’t try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Availability, and our liability to you

We provide the site “as is” and can change or withdraw any part of it. If something malfunctions, all plays and pays are void. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says can’t be limited, and your statutory rights stay the same.

8. The law that applies here

Spoutwell High Street is made up, but these terms run under the real law of England and Wales.
